The Opportunity: Due to continued business growth, we're seeking a dedicated Accounts Officer to join an office team of 8 within an immediate administration team of 4. Working closely with the management team, this role will support the management of stakeholder correspondence, account procedures, and maintain financial and personnel records.
What you'll be doing: Accounts Payable: Process payments, manage data entry, and ensure accurate record-keeping Accounts Receivable: Handle invoicing, debt collection, and financial analysis Credit applications and payments Managing insurances and banking tasks Handling payroll, superannuation, and staff entitlements Coordinating vehicle registrations, insurances, and maintenance Ensuring compliance with ATO requirements Maintaining strong customer and supplier relationships Assisting management with administrative tasks Promoting safe work practices What's on offer: This is a full-time permanent position with a well-established company that values and supports professional growth.
Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm One paid RDO per month Remuneration in line with skills and experience Skills & Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role Experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, banking, and payroll Proficient use of Xero, MYOB, and Microsoft Office A strong understanding of finance policies and processes High attention to detail and accuracy Strong teamwork and time management skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Good problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues The right to permanently live and work in Australia Sound like a good fit?
