You will be responsible for influencing shrinkage reduction by detecting theft and fraud.
About the Role: Detect and apprehend/prevent offenders for theft and fraud in accordance with all Myer policies and procedures Manage incident reporting, intelligence reporting, and CCTV camera operating Identify and escalate information/allegations requiring further follow-up to management Provide leadership and support to Loss Prevention and shrinkage management tactics About You: Reporting/statement writing skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Strong team focus with a desire to share knowledge Must hold a current Security Licence, First-Aid Certification, and Certificate II in Security Operations The Benefits: Generous Team Member discounts on all Myer products A supportive leadership team Great sense of job satisfaction for your dedication and work ethic To be considered for this position, you will need to be available to work across our key store trading hours, including every second weekend.
