Job Description: The School of Mathematics at Monash University invites applications for the positions of Lecturer / Senior Lecturer and Associate Professor. There are currently 5 positions available.

Candidates will be expected to have an outstanding research record and help our drive for excellence in teaching and research across the School. Exceptional candidates in any area of mathematics will be considered, but areas that are of specific interest include combinatorics, topology, optimisation, numerical analysis, machine learning, mathematical physics, and statistical learning. Of particular interest are candidates with connections to AI and Data Science, an area that the School is actively looking to grow.

To be considered, you will have a PhD in mathematics or a related area, proven ability to perform independent research, strong evidence of effective teaching, and the supervision of research students.
