The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging training module content/e-learning materials using various multimedia tools.
This role requires a blend of artistic skills, technical expertise, creativity, and instructional design experience to create high-quality eLearning materials.This is a remote role.Responsibilities Content Development o Create and develop interactive training modules using multimedia toolso Design and produce graphics, animations, and videos to enhance learning contento Use Canva for designing visually appealing eLearning assets Video Editing o Edit and produce instructional videos using Adobe Premiere or similar softwareo Ensure all video content is of high quality and aligns with the instructional go Instructional Design o Collaborate with subject matter experts to design effective training materialso Research and apply instructional design principles to create learner-centered eLearning contento Conduct needs assessments and analysis to determine learning objectives and outcomes Technical Learning o Develop and implement technical training content tailored to various learning styleso Ensure technical accuracy and clarity in all learning materials Collaboration and Communication o Work closely with the instructional design team, SMEs, and other stakeholderso Communicate effectively to understand project requirements and deliverableso Provide feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement of training materialsKey Requirements Intelligence o Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and technologieso Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Reliability o Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyo Consistent high-quality output and dependable work ethic Communication Skills o Excellent written and verbal communication skillso Ability to convey complex information clearly and effectivelyQualifications Proven experience in multimedia content development and/or instructional designProficiency in Adobe Premiere or similar video editing softwareStrong graphic design and video editing skillsExperience with technical learning content development is a plusAbility to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills Proficiency in Adobe Captivate (nice to have)Familiarity with other eLearning authoring toolsKnowledge of best practices in eLearning and instructional design Submit your updated resume with a link to your showreel/sample works.Come and impress us and help us grow further.
