About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Multicultural Child Protection Caseworker to join our team in South Western Sydney. As a Caseworker, you will work with families from diverse backgrounds, providing support and guidance to ensure the safety and well-being of children and young people.
Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to reports of child harm or safety concerns, prioritizing the safety and well-being of children and young people.Work collaboratively with parents, family members, children, and young people, as well as other agencies, to develop safety plans and complete risk assessments.Provide primary, secondary, and cultural consultations to families from your target community.Support families by providing language assistance, where necessary.What We OfferAs a NSW Government employee, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including:
