Job Connect are urgently seeking experienced Multi-Ticketed Plant Operators for a leading brand in the Waste Management Industry across two sites - Ipswich and Rocklea areas .
As an experienced operator you will be either working with other experienced operators for compaction operations at their landfill or working across their transfer station to compact and load MC trucks to transfer waste to other sites based on your preference.
The waste industry is most suited to experienced operators due to waste being a more complex material than dirt/fill to work with.
This role takes civils and bulk earthworks to the next level!
This role is ideal for experienced operators who are seeking a stable local role with decent pay where they can grow and develop within a secure company.
Note to be considered competent on ticketed machines, they require 1+ year of solid experience.
The successful applicants will be offered the following: $41.93 per hour casual pay rate plus penalties Long term role with a view to permanent positions for the right candidate, Client wants ongoing staff offering job security.
Day-shift hours Plenty of hours with great penalty rates!
Weekly pays Ongoing work with Job security within a large company Permanent staff get additional allowances for: Multiple plant tickets attract additional $$ per hour Above award hourly rate - higher wage Meal Allowances Industry Allowance Wet Weather allowance Get a Rostered Day Off  - 12 RDO's per year Multiple tickets preferred so you can be rotated around different machines.
