About the Role: Our Lismore and Maclean branches are searching for a Multi-Site Branch Manager.
This opportunity will see you manage teams of 28 across our 2 branches with 3 divisions of Parts, Sales & Service.
Travel is required between both branches ensuring on the ground management oversight.
You will be a highly motivated customer service-orientated business leader who is passionate about identifying opportunities for growth and development in our team.
This Position is responsible for: Efficiently managing & directing all aspects of the branches to ensure maximum efficiency & profitability.
Leadership and Team Development Lead the Branch teams & hold Managers accountable for team & financial performance.
Motivate employees & set appropriate individual & team performance goals.
Conduct performance appraisals.
Foster a positive work environment.
Departmental Objectives, Strategy & Financial Management Full profit and loss responsibility of the branches.
Develop budgets and strategies in alignment with the organisation's financial and operational objectives.
Uphold & guide margins in accordance with approved Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Review monthly receivables, establish collection plans & monitor aggressively.
Review financial reports.
Market Share and Relationship Development Achieve market share.
Ensuring customer satisfaction.
Work with all departments to know the customer's current and future expectations.
At all times, you will ensure that the company & location reputation and image in the community is consistent with Company Core Values, and that business relationships with all stakeholders are not compromised.
You will bring the following skills and experience to the role: Established experience in a senior leadership role, with full profit and loss responsibility in a similar role.
A highly motivated, enthusiastic and positive leadership style.
Operational knowledge of sales, parts, and service.
Knowledge of John Deere agriculture, construction, and/or Vermeer dealership business operations is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
High emotional intelligence, not egotistical and the ability to work well in a diverse, fast-growing business.
A strong interest in investing in your team, going on the road with our salespeople and attending visits to clients.
Self-reflective and always looking to improve own performance.
