YOUR Role as a Project Manager will involve taking on significant responsibility for the planning, management, coordination, and financial control of projects.
You will be expected to manage various aspects of the project life cycle, including overseeing the construction programme and contributing to team development.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships will be an integral part of your role.

YOUR Experience 3-5 years managing multi-residential building projects with a thorough understanding of pre-construction and construction processes Proven ability to control and manage all project aspects, including financials, with support from a Contracts Administrator Skilled in project progress reporting, client meetings, and ensuring projects adhere to the schedule Extensive project management experience with a strong focus on site safety and effective client liaison Exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to building authentic relationships Capable of multitasking across projects and providing strong direction to team members Completed Construction Management degree (or equivalent experience) Government project experience desirable but not required YOUR opportunity with this employer is full of potential.
