Join our team at Darling Downs Health as a Multi-Professional Assistant in the Eat Walk Engage Program in Toowoomba! You'll enhance the care of older patients by supporting their nutrition, mobility, and cognitive engagement while collaborating with a passionate multidisciplinary team.
What your day will look like…. You'll engage with patients in group sessions, promoting nutrition and mobility under the guidance of health professionals. Your day will include conducting assessments, providing education, and contributing to patient records, all while fostering a supportive environment. As part of a close-knit team, you'll share insights in meetings and help implement quality improvement initiatives, making meaningful connections that enhance patient well-being.
