JetAds is looking for a world-class Multi-media Video Editor to join a fast-growing digital advertising agency.

Your role as Multi-media Video Editor is to research, concept, organize, design, and revise various video ad creative designs for our roster of clients.
You will be responsible for understanding our clients' branding standards, as well as our internal best practices for designing high-performance ad creatives.
This role is not for the faint of heart; we're looking for someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys the challenge of designing high-performing video ad creatives that will be seen by millions and support millions in profitable ad spend.

Core ResponsibilitiesResearching & Understanding Branding Standards: You will be responsible for video ad editing and design for a roster of clients.
You will need to quickly understand their branding standards to design ad concepts that appeal to their brand image.Designing Moodboards: You will be responsible for creating concept mood-boards to showcase several different styles of video ad creative design for our clients to review and approve.Researching Winning Ad Concepts: You will be responsible for using various tools and templates to find high-performance ad concepts from proven brands that we can use as inspiration to design new ad creatives for our clients.Designing Ad Creatives: You will be responsible for taking the insights provided in our research and brief to stitch together our scripts, b-roll, and product video to create a batch of ad creative concepts (ranging from 2-10 per month per client).
These concepts will be submitted to the client for review and approval.
Once approved, we'll put real ad dollars behind these creative concepts.Weekly Meetings: You will be meeting weekly with our Performance Marketing Managers to go over the performance of past ad creatives and create new ideas for the next batches of ad creatives based on the winners.Daily Slack Communication: We use Slack to communicate with our remote team in real-time.
A large part of this role is collaborating with our team in real-time via Slack messaging.Salary range for a Multi-media Video Editor varies depending on past experience and performance.
