About the RoleAs a Multi-media Content Producer in our Corporate Communications team, you'll play a key role in helping to enhance ANZ's strategic agenda and reputation through the creation of creative multi-media content for external audiences across various formats.
You will work closely with others across the function, providing support across all media formats including video, visual and social content.
In conjunction with the media team, you will also play a key role in leveraging and managing the new multi-media studio in Docklands.

What will your day look like?As a Multi-media Content Producer, you are accountable for:
Delivering business-as-usual and at times moderately complex, highly engaging visual communications projects on time and on budget.Producing high-quality multi-media content to deliver ANZ's strategic agenda and helping improve engagement with employees and key stakeholders.Project managing visual content projects and plans, including both creation and distribution, in line with ANZ's strategic agenda and values in a way that supports our reputation.Influencing and working collaboratively with others across CPA and the business to deliver superior content which tells stories from across the organisation.Seeking information and diverse views to guide solutions and to manage risks while creating opportunities.Building and maintaining relationships across the organisation that support greater integration and coordination.Acting on identified risks and issues by supporting development of mitigations and plans to address them.Compliance with all mandatory ANZ policies, processes and standards, including ANZ Essentials.What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Ability to produce innovative, creative and visually compelling digital content, either with a team or as a solo operator.Video production skills, including narrative creation, story-boarding, filming and editing.Must be proficient in the use of common video editing programs such as After Effects, Premier Pro and digital editing programs like Photoshop.Strong project management and administrative skills to help manage the new multi-media space in Docklands.The ability to create digital content that reflects a strong understanding of ANZ's business and the market.The ability to slice up content to use for radio releases, b-roll for media, imagery across our social and web channels.Strong judgement, makes sound and timely decisions and can identify possible solutions to problems.Can work comfortably with a range of stakeholders to provide advice and support on content and multimedia.Develops a network of useful contacts and initiates regular contacts with individuals to build relationships.The ability to package together content for either media or distribution on our owned channels.News judgement: the ability to extract valuable news insights and opportunities from data and information collected that will be relevant to our audiences.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
