Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage with potential candidates through various sourcing channels. Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit. Collaborate with account managers to understand their staffing needs and provide effective recruitment. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Utilise LinkedIn and our CRM, networking events, and other platforms to enhance candidate sourcing efforts. Foster positive relationships with candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment experience. Desirables: Positive attitude and enthusiasm for the recruitment process. Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with recruitment software. Experience in sales is desirable, but not mandatory.
