Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Melbourne based role We are on the search for our next Recruitment hero to join our fun and collaborative Talent Acquisition Team at Australia's leading security organisation.
About the role As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at MSS Security, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, whilst ensuring our candidates experience a seamless transition into the organisation. You will work closely with Hiring Managers and the Operations team to understand their needs and be instrumental in developing and executing strategies to improve talent acquisition processes and employee retention.
Responsibilities include: Identifying recruitment needs and site requirements to support the progression of high-quality suitable candidates Assessing applications received by external job boards, the Employee Referral Program, Scholarship Program, by reviewing resumes, phone screening candidates, and scheduling candidates in for face-to-face interviews and group interviews Building talent pools/pipelines of prospective candidates and maintaining contact with them Ensuring mandatory pre-employment checks are conducted, according to role and site. This includes but not limited to, pre-employment health checks, police checks, reference checks, etc. Preparation of employment contracts and new starter documentation Manage Workday data (and other internal systems) from the recruitment process, ensuring data integrity and compliance About you: If you are someone who has previously worked in a customer service and/or contact centres and thrive on building impactful partnerships in a commercial environment then this role is for you. What we are looking for is:
Verifiable experience working in a high-volume, results-focused environment Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills Ability to engage and build relationships with diverse candidates and stakeholders Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities Experience in using ATS or HRIS will be beneficial (Workday would be a plus!)
