We are seeking an enthusiastic Casual Customer Service Assistant to work from our office in Norwood.
You will be working in a supportive, friendly environment delivering high quality service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities Assisting with customer enquiries via phone and email Taking and submitting orders for photos Inputting data into our database for customer products About you: Need to be available 9am-1pm from Monday-Friday Previous experience in a customer-facing role Well presented with excellent customer service skills Familiar with basic computer programs such as Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook Ability to problem solve and have a high attention to detail What we offer: This role will be Monday-Friday meaning you can enjoy your weekends off Play a role in shaping the success of a small, family-run business and make a real difference every day At MSP Photography, we believe in fostering a social and supportive work environment where our team feels like family.
