Mscrm Javascript .Net C# Developer/ Analyst

Our client a leader in aged care/ healthcare industry is seeking a Senior 360 Developer. The purpose of this role is to provide effective support across our customers application portfolio focusing on D365 CE Javascript .Net C# (MS Dynamics / MSCRM) ensuring updates, customisations and tickets are completed within defined KPIs.
This is a permanent role offering a hybrid work set up based North- West Sydney. The role provides the opportunity for a skilled Application Support Analyst to join a growing and supportive team to develop your career. This role is critical to ensuring the seamless delivery of IT to the business.
Duties: The role is 95% development and 5% support.Ensure that systems are configured, controlled and maintained for optimal effectiveness, ensuring there is appropriate integration with other systemsAssist as a project team member in system deploymentsManage and maintain user access rights, profiles, and authorities, controlling administration functionsAssist with effective performance of EOM and EOY procedures by devising data governance processes to maintain data integrity and reliabilityContribute to the establishment of data reporting platforms, planning effective data backup procedures and devising uptime & fall-back strategiesAbout You Looking for a bright and eager individual, who is able to demonstrate initiative and a strong work ethic. Some qualities/traits you may have: Minimum 3 years' experience as an Apps Support / AnalystExperience with Aged Care, or similar industry, systems favourableExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solution design and development desirableSkills with c#, JavaScript, HTML and SQLExperience in any workflow, data reporting and document management toolsPlease apply for more information.
