IA prides itself on providing cutting-edge diagnostic imaging services with a focus on clinical and patient excellence.MRI Radiographer, on-site at Wonthaggi HospitalWonthaggi Hospital services the Bass Coast and South Gippsland shire communities and offers a range of services, including Pathology, Acute Ward, Radiology, Theatre and Maternity. The Imaging Associates team is excited by the opportunity to provide radiology services to the community in this region and seeks to engage a highly qualified and dedicated radiography team providing a range of high-quality imaging services.We are looking to recruit Radiographers with CT and MRI experience to join our team. While the focus will be on MRI, you will have the opportunity to rotate through different modalities, including CT and general X-Ray if you have an interest in these areas. CT and X-Ray are offered 7-days a week with the opportunity to participate in an on-call roster.Grow your career in a busy, fast-paced hospital setting, whilst working collaboratively with a team of multi-skilled Radiographers and sub-specialist Radiologists. Your caring and compassionate approach, combined with strong communication and interpersonal skills, will see you thrive in this role.Previous experience in MRI (minimum of 2 years) + Level 1 MRI accreditation.Proven ability to work across MRI, CT (desirable) and General X-ray.AHPRA registration and a Victorian Radiation license.Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with and put patients at ease.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes.You are a team player yet capable and confident operating independently.More about the team you'll be joining:In 2011, a team of dedicated radiologists set out to create a new radiology practice with a difference: different as a partnership of owner operators, and different as a practice that prioritised care and compassion first.
