MRI Imaging Manager - full-time daysLocation: Greater Georgetown, TXWe are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated MRI Imaging leader to join our team in Georgetown, TX.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of leadership experience in MRI imaging and hold appropriate certifications ARMRIT, ARRT-M.Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations of the MRI department, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient workflow.- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of MRI technologists.- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.- Coordinate with other departments to optimize patient scheduling and resource utilization.- Monitor and ensure proper maintenance of MRI equipment.- Manage department budget, including staffing, supplies, and equipment.- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on departmental activities and performance.Requirements:- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in MRI imaging.- Appropriate Certification ARMRIT, ARRT-M.- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Commitment to providing excellent patient care.This is a full-time, permanent position offering competitive salary and benefits.
