Roster: Mon - Fri: 6 am or 7 am to 3 pm+ AT LEAST 4 HOURS OF OVERTIME EVERYDAY Location: Prestons $35.50/h TFN (ABN on PTY available - $42/h - check if you are eligible to work on ABN below) Drive MR trucks doing multi-drop food deliveries- 4-6 pallets in size About the job: Drive both manual and automatic trucks safely and efficiently.
Sydney Metro multi-drop food deliveries, hand unload.
Anywhere from 5-30 drops depending on the order load.
Manual loading and unloading of items up to 25 kg as needed.
Work Monday to Friday, starting at 6 or 7 AM Navigate the Sydney metro area and be comfortable driving to Canberra, Newcastle, Nowra, and the Blue Mountains.
Use iPads for some tech-related tasks during your shifts.
Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, interacting positively with customers.
Requirements: Must be physically fit and able to lift 25 kg repetitively.
Must have 6 months of MR truck driving experience in Australia.
Strong communication skills.
Full working rights in Australia for at least 6 months or the ability to provide PTY documents when working on ABN.
Familiarity with the Sydney metro area, with the ability to drive around Canberra, Newcastle, Nowra, and the Blue Mountains.
Basic tech skills for using iPads.
To work on ABN you will need to provide: A copy of your PTY's Professional Indemnity (PI).
Public Liability (PL) Insurance - Certificate of Currency.
A copy of your Workers Compensation Certificate of Insurance.
