You want to learn more?The Move Management Consultant is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end process of the corporate household goods process both domestically and internationally in an efficient and timely manner for our corporate clients across the AUNZ region. A day in the life of a Move Management Consultant includes but is not limited to:
The successful execution of the moving services component of corporate relocations including ancillary servicesAction customer needs within the household goods policy counselingEnsuring database accuracy and communication of information to clients, vendors, and colleaguesReconciling and authorizing invoices & billing needs to guarantee up-to-date cost management for both the client and business.Who are we looking for? The following skill set will set you up for success:
Previous Mobility, Moving Services, or similar industry experience is highly advantageousPrevious experience handling corporate clients and relationship management is desirable however not essentialPossess strong customer service and communication skills across multiple platformsBe a self-starter with initiative and have the drive to succeedBe highly organized with effective time management skills to manage multiple caseloads at a single time across a number of different clientsAble to work independently as well as in a team environmentCompetent in Microsoft Office suiteApply Now!If you believe this role is the next step in your career, please submit your interest via the APPLY NOW function including a resume for us to review.
