Motorcycle Mechanic

Job Description Mick Muldoon Motorcycles are currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Motorcycle Mechanic to join their team in Bathurst NSW 2795.
The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess:
Dismantle engines and repair or replace defective parts, such as magnetos, carburetors, and generatorsRemove cylinder heads, grind valves, and scrape off carbon, and replace defective valves, pistons, cylinders, and rings, using hand tools and power toolsRepair or replace other parts, such as headlights, horns, handlebar controls, gasoline and oil tanks, starters, and mufflersRepair and adjust motorcycle subassemblies such as forks, transmissions, brakes, and drive chains, according to specificationsReplace defective parts, using hand tools, arbor presses, flexible power presses, or power toolsReassemble and test subassembly unitsDisassemble subassembly units and examine condition, movement or alignment of parts visually or using gaugesSkills and Abilities: Certificate III in Motorcycle Mechanical Technology or equivalentIdeally have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Motorcycle MechanicThe ability to work in a team environmentSalary range is $70,000 - $85,000pa commensurate with experience.
