Motor Staff | Service Manager - Automotive Industry

Our client is a well-regarded, multi-franchised new car dealership located in the Monaro Area of NSW. They seek an experienced Service Manager to assist in delivering additional profit and growth to their already successful Service Department. Responsibilities: Assist in delivering additional profit and growth to the Service Department. Lead the team to ensure customer satisfaction is held in the highest regard. Manage daily operations and provide guidance to staff. Minimum Requirements: Previous experience as an Assistant Service Manager, Service Manager, or Fixed Operations Manager within a franchised new car dealership. Motivated, articulate, and organized with a focus on long-term career opportunities. Capability to lead from the front. The remuneration for this position will consist of a retainer of around $75k - $80k + commission + car/allowance + superannuation. The company is prepared to assist in locating housing for candidates willing to relocate and to contribute to relocation costs.
