Location: Split 265 Canterbury Rd, Canterbury and 16 Pilgrim Way, Ringwood, Victoria
Salary: $73,000 pro rata. Salary packaging available.

The Support Services Administrative Officer will work collaboratively with MND Victoria's four Support Services teams, providing general administrative support to ensure the best possible care and support is delivered to people impacted by MND.
We are seeking an experienced administrative professional with strong attention to detail who thrives working flexibly across program areas, including:
Providing administrative support for the Education and Client Support Program, including assisting with intake correspondence, quality auditing, and event planning. Providing administrative functions relating to equipment delivery collection, repairs, and the home modification program. Performing administrative tasks to support the delivery of our Volunteer Program. The successful applicant will have: Minimum of 6 months experience working in an administrative role Demonstrated experience working independently and as part of a team Demonstrated computer literacy and understanding of electronic databases Demonstrated ability to manage competing work tasks and work effectively to deadlines A "can do, flexible approach" with a demonstrated client-focused approach to all work activities We require the successful applicant to have an interest in working to support people living with a progressive degenerative neurological disease; however, we can offer extensive training about motor neurone disease.
