Vehicle Development Corporation – Coolaroo VICVehicle Development Corporation Pty Ltd (VDC) is Australia's Premier Left Hand to Right Hand Conversion Specialist, and we are offering a great chance for someone experienced in the industry to take their career to the next level.Due to our continued success, we are currently looking for a Motor Mechanic to join our team.To be considered for this role, you will need to have:Certificate III and Certificate IV qualifications in a relevant field and two years of post-qualification experience, or at least 3 years relevant experience as a Motor Mechanic.Experience in Right Hand Conversion would be an advantage.Ability to detect and diagnose faults in engines and parts.Dismantling and removing engine assemblies, transmissions, steering mechanisms, and other components and checking parts.Re-assembly of stripped down vehicles, including steering mechanisms and other components that have been replaced after conversion.May inspect vehicles and issue roadworthy certificates or detail work required to achieve roadworthiness.The ability to multi-task, work under pressure, maintain professionalism and good personal presentation, have a strong eye for detail, and work in a team environment. Proactive attitude and excellent work ethic are essential.This is a full-time role working 5 days a week, Monday-Friday.
