About the Role – Motor Mechanic Are you an experienced Motor Mechanic with 3 years plus experience? Looking for a great opportunity and above award salary? Then come and join the team at JAX Tyres & Auto Gosford.
In this role, you would be working in a clean and tidy workshop alongside the team and also some customer contact regarding their vehicle, with good old-fashioned customer service.
Your day-to-day tasks would include: Repairing and maintaining customer vehiclesCarrying out registration checksIdentifying mechanical faults as well as issues with vehicle stability and tyre wearFitting, rotating, and servicing tyresProviding advice and reporting potentially dangerous risks found on customer vehiclesSafely operating hoistsConducting road tests as requiredAbout you MUST be a qualified motor mechanic2 or more years' experience as a qualified motor mechanicRMS AIS qualificationExcellent communication, time-management, and problem-solving skillsBe physically fit and able to carry out day-to-day tasksKnowledge of WHSExperience working on various brands/models of vehiclesAvailable to work Saturday (Overtime)MUST have a current Australian driver's licenseWhat we offer: Salary $73K - $75K plus superWell established and friendly positive teamUniforms providedCareer progressionImmediate StartJob Type: Full-time
