Qualifications & experience
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a team to achieve KPIs Mechanical qualification and 2+ years work experience in a workshop Certificate IV or equivalent qualification in a relevant field is required. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical components. Duties & responsibilities
Diagnosing problems with customer's vehicles General servicing and repairs, brakes, wheel alignments, tyres replacement Perform maintenance minor and major services Explaining vehicle problems and repair options to customers clearly and understandably, providing estimates for repair costs, and obtaining approval before beginning work Conducting inspection and repairs by dismantling and removing engine assemblies, transmissions, steering mechanisms, and other components Examining components for wear, damage, or defects Testing mechanical components after repairments. Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
