Work one week per month.Here is an opportunity to thrive as Relief Managers of a motel being redeveloped, refreshed and expanded.We are redeveloping a 20 room property into a 44 room property, fitted out with new and contemporary furnishings, a spotless kitchen and very little maintenance.Available in November, join at the cusp of this redevelopment and participate in its growth.
The role is in line with all aspects of running a busy and successful motel and will have a strong emphasis on exceptional customer service delivery.Being 'new' in many respects, there will be less maintenance than anticipated and perhaps more emphasis on room service meals, so cooking should be both an interest and a competency.The accommodation is one bedroom and does not have the capacity to accommodate dependents or pets.Room Motels have two motels in Kingaroy.
Our properties are regarded as the market leaders within The South Burnett.
Rooms are modern with European fittings and renowned bedding.
No restaurant or pool.
Occupancy rates are high, as are social media reviews.
This position is due to expansion within the Group.

We use RMS.This position is for TWO people, a couple experienced in motel management.Applicants without suitable experience will not be considered.For travel and convenience, applicants are likely to be residents of Queensland.Tasks & responsibilitiesAll aspects of day to day functioning of the market leader in accommodation.Manage the booking system (RMS).Have interest and competency in cooking.Understand the core aspects of providing Relief Management.Remuneration package includes daily rate at the top end of the Industry, 11% Superannuation, plus all meals.
