Our guests find our modern, well-appointed rooms and apartments the perfect place to stay for a weekend escape, midweek break, stopover or corporate stay.Position Objective:Together with the owners of the Coastal Bay Motel, the management couple is instrumental in developing and implementing strategies and initiatives to enhance our guests' experience whilst maximising Average Daily Rate (ADR) and occupancy levels. This role is pivotal in ensuring the property is compliant with all federal, state, and local laws including Work, Health, Safety and Fire regulations, licensing, and essentials services.
