Moore Park Inn is seeking an experienced Motel Couple Manager to undertake the daily operation for our 20-room boutique motel in Armidale, NSW area.

Excellent management of the operation of motel
Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines
Organisation skills to operate the motel in whole
Ensuring smooth operation of motel
Ability to work under pressure
Trustworthy, Reliable, Fit, motivated and a team player
Strong computer and administration skills.
Knowledge of MS Office, Booking.com and Expedia
Knowledge of using Little Hotelier, Guestpoint and SiteMinder or similar software
Ability to supervise housekeeping operations
Ability to complete general maintenance tasks
A minimum of 1 year experience in Motel or similar role
Professional presentation and manner
Referees /Reference from previous employer
Responsibilities will include:
Managing and advising reservation, reception, room service and housekeeping activities
General maintenance including security arrangements, garden and property maintenance
Assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction and complaints
Overseeing and managing financial aspects of the business
Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety (OH&S)
Provide guests with local tourism information, and arrange tours and transportation
Liaising with motel guests in professional manner
Facilitating the necessary tasks to be completed and assisting with cleaning and maintenance
Front office tasks, using Little Hotelier online booking systems: Expedia, Booking.com
Washing towels, pillow slips & pressing pillow slips
Ensuring highest standard of cleanliness and housekeeping
Ordering linen and stocks (linens outsourced)
Help facilitate conference, event and meetings
Prepare daily reports to owners
Salary
$90,000 to $100,000 plus superannuation based on experience
