Excellent management of the operation of motelExcellent time management skills to meet deadlinesOrganisation skills to operate the motel in wholeEnsuring smooth operation of motelAbility to work under pressureTrustworthy, Reliable, Fit, motivated and a team playerStrong computer and administration skills.Knowledge of MS Office, Booking.com and ExpediaKnowledge of using Little Hotelier, Guestpoint and SiteMinder or similar softwareAbility to supervise housekeeping operationsAbility to complete general maintenance tasksA minimum of 1 year experience in Motel or similar roleProfessional presentation and mannerReferees /Reference from previous employerResponsibilities will include:Managing and advising reservation, reception, room service and housekeeping activitiesGeneral maintenance including security arrangements, garden and property maintenanceAssessing and reviewing customer satisfaction and complaintsOverseeing and managing financial aspects of the businessEnsuring compliance with occupational health and safety (OH&S)Provide guests with local tourism information, and arrange tours and transportationLiaising with motel guests in professional mannerFacilitating the necessary tasks to be completed and assisting with cleaning and maintenanceFront office tasks, using Little Hotelier online booking systems: Expedia, Booking.comWashing towels, pillow slips & pressing pillow slipsEnsuring highest standard of cleanliness and housekeepingOrdering linen and stocks (linens outsourced)Help facilitate conference, event and meetingsPrepare daily reports to ownersSalary$90,000 to $100,000 plus superannuation based on experience
