ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join our Caretaking team and manage the day-to-day maintenance operations across all Mosaic buildings.
Your responsibilities will include: Oversee project work, general maintenance, defect resolution, and additional body corporate tasks.
Handle all correspondence via the admin inbox and office mobile.
Requesting quotes from contractors.
Providing necessary information to the Body Corporate Committee for approval.
Scheduling approved maintenance works.
Coordinating access and arranging quality assurance checks on completed tasks.
Contractor Management: Maintain and update contractor details regularly, ensuring all licences and insurances on file are current and valid.
ABOUT YOU At least 3 years experience in a similar role Has strong attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Can work proactively and collaboratively in a high paced and demanding environment.
Can operate with initiative.
Is an effective communicator who enjoys working as a part of a collaborative team Experience with Body Corporates and proficiency in the MYOB software system will be advantageous.
