Position Overview Churchill Centre North is a modern sub-regional shopping centre strategically located just 7 km from Adelaide's city centre. It features a robust mix of global and national retailers, including Adelaide's only Costco, one of South Australia's top-performing Coles supermarkets, along with major tenants such as Kmart, TK Maxx, and Aldi. The centre also boasts significant surplus expansion land, presenting opportunities for future retail and mixed-use development.
About the Role The JV is seeking a Centre Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of this bustling retail precinct. To be effective in this role you will require strong leadership abilities, stakeholder management, and the capability to excel at various operational functions simultaneously. You will contribute to the strategic direction and development planning initiatives and display a high degree of demonstrated management experience across the retail industry.
Qualifications The successful candidate will be highly professional and resilient with strong commercial experience and ability. Candidates with specific retail centre management experience, including leasing, will be viewed favourably; however, experience managing an operational asset in a different sector, or an up-and-coming property professional, will also be considered. Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement, financial acumen, reporting, sales, and market research skills are highly sought for this role.
