About the Opportunity
This role is an integral part of frontline growth, managing all discharge and payout requests received by Summerland Bank.
You establish and maintain professional and productive working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders, in addition to actively engaging in local community partnerships, volunteering, and sponsorship opportunities.

You bring an engaging, 'can-do', and innovative style to proactively build and develop relationships with internal and external customers.
You are open to new ideas, seize opportunity, and deliver simple, sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Work with customers seeking external refinance to retain business and generate further mortgage lending or deposit opportunities.
Achieve mortgage retention targets.
Engage with Branch Lenders and Business Development Managers to support customer relationships.
Proactively build relationships across Summerland.
Develop relationships with key partners to better deliver performance requirements.
