Areas include residential, commercial, equipment finance, and SMSF lending.Manage the end-to-end mortgage process, from initial consultation through to loan settlement.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, lenders, and referral partners.Identify new business opportunities and leverage existing client relationships to generate leads.Keep up to date with changes in the lending market and financial regulations.About You:Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker, 5+ years.Strong residential lending experience, additional experience in commercial, equipment finance, and SMSF lending will be favourable.In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, lending policies, and a range of different banks/lenders.Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and key stakeholders.A client-first attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and advice.Excellent time management and organizational skills.A proactive approach to business development and client relationship management.Relevant qualifications (e.g., Certificate IV/Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking).Interested in equity and a leadership position.Salary is flexible depending on experience, circa $130,000 - $150,000 + super + bonus and equity opportunities.How to apply:If you're interested please apply via this ad or send your CV to Ben Sultmann at ****** you would like to discuss this or other opportunities, please call Ben on 07 3229 8020.
