Mortgage and Finance Broker/Relationship Manager/Sales ProspectorProactiv Financial Solutions is a Perth based, vertically integrated financial services business that was established in 2014. The position is suited to applicants with lending experience, sales ability, and relationship management experience. Training on systems is available.
Qualifications & experience Minimum of Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage BrokingAt least 12 months experience in financial servicesA laser focus on customer service - assisting people with lendingThe ability to prospect external opportunitiesThe ability to multi-task and meet deadlinesThe ability to cross-sell other financial services that will assist clientsA strong customer service-oriented sales acumenIntermediate to high analytical skillsVery good written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivated/goal-driven with a hardworking and positive attitudeAbility to work in a team environmentBe organized, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team environmentOffice-based role with the requirement for external meetings from time to timeTasks & responsibilities Assist clients with facilitating lending applications.Analyze client circumstances and financial information to assess client eligibility.Generate and manage leads, both provided and self-sourced.Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.Collaborate with the Director of Business on various projects and initiatives.Proficiency or the ability to learn the operation of lending systems.Attractive salary plus bonus structure from lending, as well as cross-selling remuneration, providing great earning potential for hard workers.50% of warm in-house leads will be provided.Office space and free car parking provided.Possible buy-in opportunity in the near future for a motivated individual to take management of this business component in the medium term.Income is not capped, as there are abundant opportunities in and outside of the business database.Comprehensive training and development programs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
