This is a pivotal role in driving the success of a transformative Salesforce journey, helping the organization unlock the full potential of its CRM and customer engagement capabilities.Key Responsibilities:Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand marketing and data management needs, translating them into functional requirements.Solution Design: Design and recommend Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud solutions that align with business objectives and best practices.Customer Journeys & Campaigns: Define and configure personalized customer journeys, automations, and marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Data Management: Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud to design data models, ensure data accuracy, and enable robust analytics for decision-making.Key Requirements:Required Certifications:Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification.Salesforce Data Cloud Certification.Experience:5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant, with expertise in Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.Strong understanding of CRM and business transformations in large organizations.Proven experience designing and delivering marketing and data solutions using Salesforce.Expertise in Marketing Cloud modules such as Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder.Deep understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud, data architecture, and integration patterns.#J-18808-Ljbffr
