The region this role oversees suburbs in the Geelong and Melbourne's Western suburbs.Reporting to the Sales Manager – South West Regions, this role will have you working as part of our committed specialist team to manage a portfolio of Primary and Secondary schools across Melbourne, our fastest growing segment in Education.Leveraging off our reputation as an innovative industry leader, you will be supported by various internal resources to contribute to our continued growth and ongoing success.Key responsibilities include:Retention of existing customer baseIdentify, manage, and develop multi-level client relationships and grow existing accounts with cross category extensionsSource, identify and develop new business with non-spending schools within your portfolioActively seek Back to School opportunities within the assigned portfolioCreate and conduct consumer presentations and needs analysis as requiredWork collaboratively with all areas of the business to achieve targetsMore about youAs an ambassador for our brand, you will possess the following:Demonstrated account management experience within a B2B environmentBusiness development experience and acumenExperience working with the Education sector idealCRM system experienceOutstanding communication skills with a commitment to deliver an outstanding experience to our customer base of government, private and independent schools with every interactionAbility to understand customer needs with a view to grow revenue through category extensionProven track record in business development acumen and engage with stakeholders and key decision makersHigh level of commercial acumenMore about COSWhen you join COS you'll be working for a growing business servicing many of Australia's most well recognised companies and government agencies.
