About the role As a Manager in our Business Advisory division, you will provide a broad range of accounting solutions and ensure that value-added services are provided to our clients.
You'll be responsible for meeting the team's overall productivity and have the opportunity to mentor and provide guidance to your junior colleagues.
You will be responsible for a broad range of accounting and management activities including, but not limited to:
Reviewing & interpreting financial reports, using Xero, MYOB & other accounting softwarePreparing complex reportsReviewing complex BAS returns and financial statementsReview of management accounts, cash flow reports and annual financial reports across various entity structures and industriesReview of team invoicing and management against budgetLead & mentor staff, championing the firm's expectations for productivity, quality and continuous improvementAbout you Ideally, you will be a tertiary qualified Accountant, with established experience in public practice accounting.
You might be an Assistant Manager looking to take the next step in your career, or an established Manager who is looking to join a dynamic and vibrant team culture.

Furthermore, experience using Xero, MYOB and Reckon APS is advantageous.
