About the role
As a Senior Accountant based in our Coffs Harbour office, you will complete client work across a range of accounting, compliance, and advisory services.
You will be entrusted to provide the best possible service to our diverse range of clients.
You will have the opportunity to:
Complete client work across a range of accounting, compliance, and advisory services.
Prepare accounts, annual returns, BAS, trusts/companies.
Monitor client management reports for underlying business improvement issues.
Provide taxation services, including researching and concluding tax issues, verifying financial results, analyzing income and expenditure, preparing & checking tax returns, and managing FBT system (information gathering, completion, and calculation procedures).
Prepare and review individual, company, trust, partnership tax returns and financial statements.
Maintain and produce financial reports using Xero, MYOB, and Reckon.
About you

3 years' experience in professional services in a mid-tier firm.
Hold or working towards a CA/CPA qualification (desirable).
Experience with Xero, MYOB, and Reckon.
Technical skills in relation to accounting, compliance, and advisory (including due diligence).
A can-do, client-focused attitude.
Deadline-driven with sharp attention to detail.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Great at building rapport and trust with team members and clients.
