Operations Manager/Culture Development Team Lead We're recruiting full-time Operations Manager/Culture Development Lead to join our Onshore Energy team in Darwin.
This role will be responsible for executing maintenance work safely and efficiently in time with the right quality at optimal cost.

Lead from the front in promoting a culture of achievement and team development, with a strong focus on safety culture & capability development and genuine commitment.
Provide leadership and direction to achieve business objectives and operational targets.
Ensure achievement of contract deliverables.
Partner with operational and business support managers to successfully deliver functional area strategies, objectives & initiatives.
Manage specific teams and project delivery requirements.
Foster and manage relationships with customers and subcontract partners.
Build a culture that ensures and reinforces compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, key systems, policy or guidelines.
Provide advice and assistance to the business including review of work scopes as well as delivery capability and capacity to successfully execute the work.
Develop and support new scope definition to grow existing capabilities and enhance and expand the functional area Operations by actively identifying, contributing to and taking advantage of new business opportunities and optimising recurrent business growth.
Ensure sound financial management processes including budget forecasting, cost control, analysis and reporting.
What you'll bring:
Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role (maintenance focus preferred) with a strong demonstrated cultural leadership.
Excellent people skills, with demonstrated leadership including the ability to facilitate delivery excellence, team collaboration, whilst working autonomously.
Experience working on an operational process plant and demonstration of knowledge of process safety is preferred.
Valid Australian Driver's License.
Proof of right to work in Australia.
