Hours: 6AM – 4PM
Location: Kewdale, WA

We are looking for a dedicated Mobilisation Administrator to join our team. Based in Kewdale, WA, this full-time role offers stability, free parking, and great team culture. 

About the role Coordinate the end-to-end mobilisation process for new hires and existing employees including booking flights and accomodation Creating purchase orders for mob requirements  Ensure all necessary medicals, including Coal Board medicals, are completed and up to date Liaise with operations, recruitment, and onboarding teams to ensure seamless transitions Provide weekly reports to operations team Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee certifications and compliance Schedule and manage pre-employment and site-specific inductions Communicate effectively with employees, site coordinators, and clients to ensure smooth mobilization To be successful in this role you will need the following Minimum of 1 years' experience in a mobilisation role within the mining industry  Able to be resilient and take on the fast paced, high intensity environment of the role A valid WA driver license Benefits of working for EMS Free onsite parking (Kewdale) Be a part of a family-owned business who genuinely care for their staff and reward hard work Paid training and upskilling opportunities EMS Employee Benefit program not just for you but also your partner - Discounts at over 400 retailers around Australia Team events - Golf Day, paintball, karting, EMS family day & more!
