THE OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Food Safety and Quality Compliance Administrator to join our business in a part time capacity. This position is responsible for assisting in the reporting on HACCP / SQF based quality practices and compliance requirements to ensure that the required standards are maintained.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assisting in the monitoring of food safety programs SQF (monitoring the standards of hygiene, housekeeping, food safety, temperature compliance, allergen management, and quality)
Helping ensure standard operating procedures and compliance standards are maintained throughout the business
Monitoring and ensuring all cleaning records, temperature records and calibration records are compliant
Assisting with regular Food Safety and compliance audits as required

REQUIREMENTS:

Demonstrable exposure and understanding of HACCP / SQF quality compliance preferably in the transport and storage of perishable goods.
Attention to detail and data integrity within quality management systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with food safety management systems.
