The Position:

Resource Services Group X are currently seeking a full-time Mobilisation Specialist to provide pro-active, responsive and professional support for the Project and Operational Teams.

Working Monday to Friday, we offer work from home days and flexible start/finish times.


Key duties will include;
Completion of the onboarding life cycle Project mobilisations and demobilisationsEnsuring personnel compliance for training, licencing and qualificationsArranging travel bookingsGeneral office administration duties The Person:

As the successful candidate you will have:

Essential: Current Drivers Licence and own transportDemonstrated administrative skills in Project SupportStrong computer literacy skills and experience in the use of Microsoft OfficeCollaborative communication style with the ability to work effectively as a member of a team as well as the ability to work autonomouslyHigh level of self-discipline, self-motivation; energy and initiativeThe Next Stage
