Construction and remediation major works projects
Mobilisation experience with Tier 1 & 2 Mining Companies preferred
THE ROLE
Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day logistics and mobilisation requirements for our mining clients in our Pilbara East division.

Give a high level of service to clients and project teams
Organise flights and accommodation
Mobilisation of all direct and indirect employees to client sites
Client liaison and engagement
Book inductions and training
Manage training records
Generate POs via JDE

ABOUT YOU

Previous experience in a similar role within the mining sector
Attention to detail
Time management skills
Ability to engage and foster working relationships
Experience using training, mobilisation or planning software such as ERMS, SuccessFactors, Workflow
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
