Work Type: Permanent - Part Time, Permanent - Full Time, Fixed Term - Part Time, Fixed Term - Full Time The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) is a critical participant in the administration of justice within Western Australia, providing an independent and effective criminal prosecution service and confiscation practice.Reporting to the Director Operations, this position provides critical business management support for a range of operational activities in the Operations Division. The position contributes to the achievement of our strategic initiatives and provides administrative, coordination and project support to the Operations Division's Senior Managers.This position undertakes a variety of work duties including administrative and secretarial tasks, corporate and legal research, business performance reporting, specified change management and project initiatives, information management and executive correspondence for the Operations Division.Discretion and judgement are essential in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.One permanent full time role is available for immediate filling.Suitable applicants will be placed in a recruitment pool. This pool will run for a period of twelve months and may be used to fill other similar permanent and fixed-term full time and part time vacancies if they arise and subject to business needs.
