Immediate start for the right candidate.Progression and development opportunities to lead a team.About Our ClientOur client supports remote mining, resources, and construction businesses with on-site medical, emergency response, risk management training, and occupational health support services.Job DescriptionThe key duties of this role are:Onboard new employees ensuring all relevant documentation, inductions, training, and medicals are completed.Coordinate the mobilisation of employees, including arranging travel and accommodation.Develop sustainable business relationships through efficient and effective mobilisation and onboarding of suitable candidates into work assignments.Contribute as a team member to successful company performance through achievement of individual Key Performance Indicators.Assist the client in achieving their financial, business, and unit targets and objectives.The Successful ApplicantA successful Mobilisation Coordinator should have:A qualification in Business Administration or related field.Demonstrated skills in planning and organising mobilisation activities, including self-prioritisation skills to ensure workload is managed effectively within agreed time frames and deadlines.Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, especially when dealing with key stakeholders.An ability to be flexible, adapt to changing deadlines and business demands, and grow with the business.Demonstrated tact and diplomacy when dealing with sensitive situations, maintaining confidentiality.Ability to work effectively as part of a team to ensure team and business goals are met efficiently.Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.High attention to detail and maintaining integrity.Minimum 2 years mobilisation experience in a similar role.Experience in the Health/Mining industry is highly desirable.What's on OfferWhat's on offer for you?A competitive hourly rate.Accessible public transport.Temporary role with potential for extension.Supportive and collaborative working environment.Progression to lead and develop in the business.Team events and social club.We encourage all candidates with the right skills and experience to apply for this exciting opportunity.Please note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
