Mining - Engineering & Maintenance (Mining, Resources & Energy)

This is a 12 month contract position on a Monday – Friday day shift only roster, ideally looking for someone residential from Mount Isa.
This is considered a senior supervisor role as it is a very autonomous position with no further Lucas Management on site.
Other key responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:
Recent experience managing the day to day operations of a mobile plant maintenance team in a civil or mining environment.
Experience in the service and repair of heavy mobile earthmoving/mining plant [CAT, Hitachi and Volvo] and maximising plant availability.
Experience using computerised maintenance management systems.
Valid HR Driver's licence, EWP Ticket, Working at Heights and White Card.
Refrigerant Handling License including air conditioning repair experience.
Good understanding of safe work practices and compliance documentation.
Focus on leading a strong safety culture.
Ability to work collaboratively with project management personnel and when applicable, client representatives.
