About the Role: Joining the team for a four-year Apprenticeship completing your Certificate 3 in Mobile Plant Technology! This isn't your average apprenticeship; this is hands-on, grease-under-your-nails, learn-from-the-masters work. You'll be training under some of the best service gurus in the business, learning the techniques of repair, maintenance, and machinery that keeps our business running and clients happy.
What You'll Do: Dive right in! You'll be helping senior techs with everything from oil changes to tricky troubleshooting.No task too small or big—whether it's tightening bolts or replacing components, you'll do it all.Get up close and personal with equipment to spot issues before they get wild.Be the eyes and ears for our techs, logging issues and asking, "What else might be going on here?"Soak up the wisdom of seasoned techs and master the art of repair.Attend workshops, try new tools, and flex your curiosity muscles to become the next service expert.Keep tools in line and workspaces ready for action. You'll be managing some serious gear here.Work to keep your area clean and functional because a well-organized space is a tech's best friend.Fill out service logs, record issues, and track parts used—these small tasks add up to the big picture.Who You Are: You've got an itch to fix things and a talent for tinkering.Up for anything, standing, lifting, working in all conditions? No problem!You don't just follow directions; you ask questions, stay curious, and always want to learn more.Nothing slips by you.
