Their IT team provides technology solutions and support across Australia, which includes operations in NSW, VIC, WA and QLD.
The Position They are looking for a highly motivated Senior IT Support Officer to join the User Support team based in their offices in Brisbane.
In this role, you will report to the Service Delivery Manager and play a critical role in providing application and hardware support to the business.
The ability to work autonomously is key in this position, with the rest of the team spread across the eastern states.
Key responsibilities of the role include: General system support, including hardware and user access modification Procurement of hardware, software, and services On-site visits to solve critical issues Routine infrastructure health checks and maintenance Troubleshooting, suggesting, and implementing solutions to software and hardware issues Collaborating and communicating with users, IT teams, and external vendors Producing high-quality documentation for user support processes and checklists Qualifications and Experience Relevant Information Technology tertiary qualifications 3-5 years of experience Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Effective planning, time management, and prioritization skills Experience in the following areas is required: Software/hardware configuration and troubleshooting 365, Intune, Autopilot, Teams, Active Directory and Group Policy Customer service ServiceNow skills beneficial By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
