Collaborate with the Group Manager - Assets to recommend and select mobile equipment, including short term asset transfers between sitesResponsible for managing mobile maintenance budgets, staffing, and reporting monthly and quarterly on OPEX and CAPEX performance against budgetDrive business-critical maintenance projects and initiativesProvide leadership, ensuring teams understand task scope, expectations for quality, quantity, results, and timingPlay a key role as part of the management team in the implementation of a positive, safe, and productive culture in the workplaceBe visible and provide mentoring and leadership to your teamsActively promote a high level of safety awareness, lead from the front and by exampleWHAT DO I NEED Australian Recognised Trade Certificate and/or appropriate Tertiary qualificationsMinimum 5 years' experience in a similar role effectively leading and managing a large Mobile Maintenance team in an Underground Mining environmentHave a comprehensive understanding of maintenance practices, procedures and sound knowledge of the WH&S Act & regulationsStrong time management skills with the ability to prioritize workloads while maintaining quality and staying in control of work priorities with a steady, proactive approach.Advanced computer literacy and the ability to prepare communication, reports & presentations by utilising the Microsoft Office Suite/ApplicationsSolid communication skills, with the ability to build strong, collaborative, and successful working relationships with your teamExperience with a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) such as Pronto (desirable)Certificate IV in Leadership and Management (desirable)Candidates must meet our pre-employment criteria which includes medical and drug and alcohol screening, relevant right to work checks and be able to provide a valid Australian national police clearance (or be able to obtain).
