You'll work closely with our engineering team to build and maintain robust, compliant infrastructure for our AI-powered healthcare solutions.What you'll do:Design and implement secure infrastructure for hosting LLM services and speech-to-text solutions across AWS and GCP environmentsLead the deployment and management of containerized ML services using Kubernetes (EKS/GKE)Implement and maintain monitoring systems for ML model performance and ML infrastructure healthEstablish and enforce security best practices and compliance requirements for healthcare AI systemsCollaborate with ML engineers to support deployment of ML models and services and optimise ML pipeline efficiency and reliabilityDesign and implement disaster recovery and high availability solutions for ML servicesManage infrastructure as code using Terraform and other modern DevOps toolsKey Requirements:Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS required, GCP beneficial)Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, preferably EKS or GKEUnderstanding of ML/AI deployment challenges and solutionsExperience with implementing security controls and compliance requirementsKnowledge of monitoring and observability practices for ML systemsStrong networking and infrastructure security backgroundPreferred Qualifications:Experience with LLM deployments and optimisationHealthcare industry experienceInfrastructure as Code experience (Terraform)Experience with speech-to-text servicesUnderstanding of HIPAA or similar healthcare compliance frameworksExperience with high-availability architecturesWhat we will look for:Problem-solving mindset with a focus on security and scalabilityStrong communication skills to work with cross-functional teamsAbility to balance technical requirements with business needsExperience in fast-paced startup environmentsDedication to maintaining high standards in a regulated environmentWhat do we believe in?We create unconventional solutions to difficult problems and we build them fast.
